What We Do

Our Process

  1. Set up a free consultation – in person, by phone, or on video call
    • If you have a phone or video consultation, you will also send pictures of your quilt top for review during the consultation.
    • During your consultation, you’ll discuss how your quilt will be used, what theme you’d like it to have, and discuss quilting patterns, as well as other options for your quilt
  2. Once we have your quilt in hand (brought to us or sent by mail), we will measure it and give you an accurate estimate for our services, taking into account the options you’ve chosen for pattern and thickness. We will also give you a time frame for your quilt to be completed
  3. After you’ve received the itemized estimate, you will sign the consent form to confirm your choices and authorize the work on your quilt. *Estimates are not a guarantee of final price. Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. This will be discussed during your consultation.
  4. Work will begin on your quilt! We’ll notify you when it is complete so you can pay for return shipping or pick it up at our location. *Special arrangements can be made to meet with you somewhere else, depending on your location. All special arrangements are case-by-case*

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • All shipping costs will be covered by the customer
  • If you decide not to move forward with the quilting after receiving your estimate, you may pick up your quilt or pay for return shipping with no obligation to pay for our services
  • Once you have accepted the estimate and signed the authorization to allow us to begin work, you will be responsible for charges incurred. Estimates are not a guarantee of final prices for our services. You must pay for our services at the time of pick up or previous to us sending it back in the mail
